摘要
目的研究三种根管预备器械工作时产生根管偏移现象,评价不同预备方法的安全性。方法用Mtwo机用镍钛锉、ProTaper机用镍钛锉及ProTaper手用镍钛锉分别对弯曲根管进行根管预备,通过CBCT记录预备前后根管偏移值。结果 ProTaper手动与ProTaper机动弯曲度均小于Mtwo机动,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在根管较平直的ab段三种根管预备方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在根尖部分弯曲度较大的bc段,ProTaper手动组弯曲度明显小于其他两组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于弯曲根管,推荐使用安全系数更高的手用ProTaper镍钛锉。
Objective To investigate root canal offset in the work of three kinds of root canal preparation instruments and evaluate the security of preparation types. Methods Curved root canals were prepared by Rotary NiTi file of Mt- wo,Rotary NiTi file of ProTaper and Hand NiTi files of ProTaper.The offset value of the root canal before and after preparation were analysed by CBCT. Results Bending of Rotary NiTi file of ProTaper and Hand NiTi files of ProTaper were smaller than that of Rotary NiTi file of Mtwo,comparative differences between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).In relatively flat ab segment of root canal among three preparation root canal were not statistically significant (P〉0.05);The bc segment with relatively bigger bending of Hand NiTi files of ProTaper was smaller than that of other preparation types,comparative differences between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hand Pro- Taper NiTi file is recommended in root canal preparation for curved root canals.
