手术室护理人员医院感染知识掌握程度影响因素调查研究

Investigation on the influence factors of hospital infection knowledge mastery degree of nurses in the operation room

目的分析研究手术室护理人员医院感染知识掌握程度的影响因素。方法选取2010年7月～2012年12月本院80名手术室护理人员为研究对象,对其采用医院感染知识问卷进行评估,并将其中不同护龄、文化程度及职称者的感染知识问卷评估结果进行比较。结果护龄较长者的医院感染知识掌握优良率高于护龄较短者,而文化程度较高者高于文化程度较低者,高职称者高于低职称者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同护龄、文化程度及职称手术室护理人员的医院感染知识掌握程度均存在一定差异,应注意根据上述因素给予护理人员以相应的干预。

Objective To analyze the influence factors of hospital infection knowledge mastery degree of nurses in the operation room. Methods 80 nurses in the operation room from July 2010 to December 2012 were selected as research object,and they were all evaluated with hospital infection knowledge questionnaire,and the hospital infection knowledge questionnaire results of nurses with different nursing age,education degree and positional titles were compared. Results The hospital infection knowledge mastery excellent and good rate of nurses with longer nursing age was higher than that with shorter nursing age,excellent and good rate of nurses with higher education degree was higher than that with lower education degree,excellent and good rate of nurses with higher positional titles was higher than that with lower positional titles,there were all significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hospital infection knowledge mastery degree of nurses in the operation room with different nursing age,education degree and positional titles have some dif- ferences,and the nurses should be paid attention to according to those factors.
