门诊药房药事咨询窗口的作用与意义

目的探讨门诊药房药事咨询窗口的作用与意义,以提高医疗服务质量,促进患者合理用药水平。方法对来咨询窗口咨询的242例咨询记录进行综合分析。结果女性患者多于男性,女性患者占55.4%;中年患者最多116例,占47.9%;机关事业单位人员最多105例,占43.4%;咨询项目中注意事项、用法用量最多;咨询药物类别涉及药物的各个类别,其中,神经系统药物、心血管系统药物、消化系统药物、抗感染药物最多。结论开展药事咨询可以提高患者合理用药水平,有利于改善医患关系,体现医院"以病人为中心,医疗质量至上"的服务理念。

Objective To explore the role and significance of outpatient pharmacy counseling window,in order to im- prove the quality of medical service and promote the rational use of drugs of patients. Methods 242 cases of patients＇ consultation records who had come to the advisory window to consult were comprehensively analyzed. Results There were more female patients than male patients,female patients accounted for 55.4%;The number of middle-aged pa- tients reached up to 116 cases,accounting for 47.9%;Staff in organs and institutions up to 105 cases,accounting for 43.4%;The notes,usage and dosage in consulting project was the highest;The drug category which were consulted relat- ed to all categories of drugs,the consultation times of nervous system drugs,cardiovascular drugs,digestive system drugs, anti-infective drugs were the most. Condusion The development of pharmaceutical counseling can improve the level of rational use of drugs of patients,improve the doctor-patient relationship,and reflect the hospital＇s service philosophy ＂take the patient as the center, medical quality first＂.
