老年患者股骨粗隆下骨折的Gamma3钉内固定治疗

The treatment of Gamma 3 nail internal fixation in elderly patients with subtrochanteric fractures

目的探讨Gamma3钉治疗老年股骨粗隆下骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2012年5月本科收治的25例老年股骨粗隆下骨折患者的临床资料。结果本组25例患者均获得随访,随访时间6～12个月,平均8个月,全部患者均获得一期骨性愈合。髋关节功能按Harris评分标准,优8例,良15例,中2例,差0例,优良率为92.0%。结论对于老年粗隆下骨折,Gamma3钉具有操作简单、创伤小、骨折固定牢靠、并发症少等优点,是一种治疗股骨粗隆下骨折较为理想的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gamma 3 nail in the treatment of subtrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. Methods The clinical datas of 25 elderly patients with subtrochanteric fractures admitted into our de- partment from January 2010 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The whole 25 participants were fol- lowed up from 6 to 12 months,on average of 8 months.All the patients got bone healing by first intention.According to Harris standard for evaluation of hip joint function,the number of excellent,good,medium,and poor case were 8,15,2,and 0 respectively,and the excellent and good rate reached up to 92.0%. Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with subtrochanteric fractures, Gamma 3 nail has advantages of simple operation,little wound,firm fracture fixation and few complications,which is an optimum therapeutic method.
