机械通气在儿科危重症手足口病中的应用分析

The application analysis of mechanical ventilation in pediatric critical illness of hand foot mouth disease

目的探讨对危重症手足口病儿童实施机械通气的临床效果。方法选取危重症手足口病患儿30例,在常规治疗的基础上给予机械通气治疗,对其治疗前后体温、心率、呼吸频率、收缩压进行监测。结果经过治疗,患者的体温、心率、呼吸频率以及收缩压与机械通气前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),患儿使用呼吸机通气时间为(7.25±2.84)d,所有患儿经过治疗均好转出院。结论对危重症手足口病患儿实施机械通气有利于患儿的康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the implementation of the mechanical ventilation of critically illness of hand foot mouth disease. Methods 30 cases of patients with hand foot mouth disease were chosen,and they were taken with mechanical ventilation treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.Their body temperature,heart rate,respiratory rate and systolic blood pressure before and after treatment were taken for detection. Results After the treatment,the patient＇s body temperature,heart rate,respiratory rate,and systolic blood pressure were significantly re- duced compared with before mechanical ventilation（P〈0.05）.The ventilator time used by children was（7.25±2.84）d,all the children improved and were discharged after treatment. Conclusion The implementation of the mechanical ventila- tion of hand foot mouth disease in critically ill is conducive to the rehabilitation of the children.
