Design of Marshalling Bed in Big Bar Line

大棒编组台架是大棒材轧制生产中比较重要的轧钢辅助设备之一,起着调节生产节奏、承前启后的作用。着重阐述了大棒横移编组台架的布置和结构特点,对各机构节奏分布进行了粗略分析,以结构对比的方式叙述了编组台架设计注意事项,为编组台架的进一步优化设计提供了素材和借鉴。台架结构多种多样,要根据自身的生产工艺选择适宜的结构形式。

Marshalling bed in big bar line is important rolling assistant equipment and plays an role in adjusting the production rhythm. The collocation and structural character of Marshalling bed in big bar line were described and its mechanics rhythm was analyzed in this paper. The clew items was introduced in marshalling bench design, in con- trast of the structure. The paper can be a reference for more optimizing of marshalling bed in a big bar line. Frame structure can be varied, according to its own production process to choose suitable structure form.
