摘要
轴承钢在轧制之前对钢锭进行高温扩散退火对消除碳化物液析、改善碳化物带状是极其关键的一道工序,以前对模铸轴承钢研究较多,而对连铸坯的高温扩散退火工艺的研究比较少。此文针对连铸坯的高温扩散工艺——加热温度和时间与碳化物液析、碳化物带状的关系进行了研究,结合车间加热炉的加热能力,确定了比较合适的加热工艺制度:将加热段加热温度调整到1 190~1 260℃,平均温度达到1 230℃;加热段保温时间2.5h,可使带状级别控制到2级以下,使碳化物液析控制在0.5级以下,提升了产品的内在质量。
Bearing steel should be annealed at high temperature before rolling to eliminate carbide liquefaction and ribbon.The diffusion annealing of bearing steel ingot had been studied very much but that of continuous cast bloom not.In the article the relationship between carbon liquefaction and ribbon and heating diffusion process temperature has been studied for continuous cast bloom.Combining with the heating furnace capacity,the appropriate system of heating processes was determined:the heating temperature should adjust to 1 190~1 260 ℃ in the heating section,the average temperature reaches 1 230 ℃;heating section holding time 2.5 hours.The carbide ribbon can be controlled to below level 2,and the carbide liquefaction below level 0.5.
