摘要
在生产试验的条件下,通过优化成分设计,并将优质铁水先后经过KR铁水预脱硫、转炉顶底复吹冶炼、吹氩处理、连铸保护浇铸、控轧控冷工艺等生产方式研究生产低成本S355J2钢板,大大缩短了生产周期、降低成本、节省资源,适应现代制造新技术,适合在大生产中推广。
The production test of steel plates S355J2 with low-cost was conducted through composition optimization design and the process route of KR hot metal predesulfurization—top and bottom combined blown BOF—argon blowing—continuous protecting casting—TMCP.The process shortened the production time,reduced the production cost and the energy consumption.It matched with the modern manufacturing technology and could be widely applied in mass production.
