摘要
通过石英杯中断试验检测超厚料层烧结过程中的水分变化情况,总结得出超厚料层烧结时的一些特点如下:同一料层厚度下,随着烧结过程的进行,下部料层的平均过湿度和最大过湿度均增加;随着料层厚度增加,下部料层的平均过湿度和最大过湿度均增加,烧结料越容易发生过湿,因此700~1 000mm的厚料层烧结时,料层厚度每提高100mm,在保持烧结透气性的基础上,布到烧结机下部的烧结料水分可以适当降低0.24%~0.32%。
Humidity change of the moisture concentration zone in Ultra-depth Bed sintering is tested by quartz interrupt tests.The results shows that the average humidity and the maximum humidity of the moisture concentration zone increases as the sintering time prolonged at the same bed depth for water evaporation speed is slow.As the bed depth increasing and layer resistance increases,the average humidity and the maximum humidity of the moisture concentration zone increased,viz the moisture concentration zone is liable to overwet.The sinter moisture content in the lower part of sintering machine should be reduced 0.24% ~ 0.32% with the depth increasing of every 100 mm from 700 mm to 1 000 mm bed,as the sintering permeability is taking into account.
