摘要
节能减排是目前钢铁企业面临主要任务之一,结合中国钢铁企业炼铁系统的情况,对传统高炉炼铁流程实现减排的技术优化措施进行了分析,介绍了以降低高炉燃料比为核心的减碳技术和低碳能源的开发利用情况;根据气基直接还原工艺技术的要求并依据国内现有能源、资源分布状况和结构特点,展望了国内钢铁行业炼铁系统减碳工作的前景。
Energy conservation and emission reduction is one of the major problems of ironmaking and steelmaking industries.Combined with practical situation of China's iron making industry,optimization measures of achieving emission reduction in traditional blast furnace process were analyzed.The carbon reduction technologies based on reducing the blast furnace fuel ratio and development and utilization of low carbon energy were introduced.The development of the carbon reduction ways in China's ironmaking system was prospected due to the demand of gas based direct reduction technology and the features of distribution and structure of exsisting energy and resource in China.
