摘要
通过Gleeble-1500热模拟机进行单道次压缩试验研究了热轧DP600双相钢低温点和高温点的变形抗力规律,分析了变形温度、变形速率、变形量对变形抗力的影响。结果表明,温度是最主要的影响因素,变形抗力随温度的升高而降低;随变形速率和变形量的增加而增大。对试验数据进行了回归计算,得到了精确度较高的低温点(500~700℃)和高温点(700~1 200℃)周纪华-管克智变形抗力数学模型。该模型可以为实际生产提供指导。
The law of deformation resistance at low and high temperatures has been studied by means of single pass compression by Gleeble-1500 thermal analog machine.The influence of deformation temperature,deformation rate and deformation amount on deformation resistance was analyzed with the precise regression model of deformation resistance at low and high temperature.The results showed that temperature is the most influencing factor and the deformation resistance increases with the decreasing temperature,increasing deformation rate and deformation amount.This model can guide for real production.
