安全气囊织物材料的力学性能仿真研究 被引量:17

摘要 通过有限元分析软件LS-DYNA对气囊织物材料的拉伸和剪切力学性能进行分析研究,建立了安全气囊织物的有限元模型,对其力学性能进行了仿真分析,为气囊和汽车约束系统分析提供了可靠的气囊织物材料模型。随后通过相应的实验进行了比较分析,进一步验证了采用有限元对安全气囊织物材料进行力学分析的有效性和合理性。 The airbag fabric's mechanical properties of tension and shear were investigated by the finite element analysis software LS-DYNA.The mechanical properties were simulated by setting up the FEA model of airbag fabric,which is reliable for airbag and vehicle constrained system analysis.Later,the com- parison between the test and simulation result confirmed the validity and rationality of FEA model of airbag fabric.
