摘要
传统注塑模具的开发需要较长的周期和较高的成本,利用虚拟装配技术,可大大减少设计过程中的代价。新开发产品的注塑成型试模费用相当昂贵,利用虚拟注塑装配系统可以减少实际装配等操作的成本。应用虚拟现实技术可进行注塑模建模装配模拟系统设计,结合Nvision虚拟交互平台,辅以外接的控制和显示设备实现虚拟漫游。最终通过人机接口技术,让用户沉浸在虚拟环境中并实现二者之间的人机交互,提供传统表现方式无法比拟的、崭新的信息交流界面。
Traditional injection mould development needs longer cycle and higher cost,while the use of virtual assembly technology can greatly reduce the cost of the design process.Besides ,the cost of newly designed product's injection mold shaping and its die trial was very expensive ;yet virtual mold assembly system can reduce the cost in the process of actual assembly.The simulation system of injection mold as- sembly and modeling can be designed by applying the virtual reality technology and its virtual roaming dis- playing can be achieved with external control and display devices on the virtual interaction platform of the Nvision.Finally utilizing man-machine interface technology can make users immersed in a virtual environ- ment,realizing hum-machine interaction and providing a brand-new information exchange interface that is superior to the traditional manifestation way.
