摘要
多数汽车钢板弹簧结构设计主要依赖于设计人员的经验,针对其设计中结构确定过程难于量化等问题,提出运用组合优化方法进行汽车钢板弹簧主片的结构设计,从描述汽车钢板弹簧结构设计中的组合优化问题入手,参照遗传算法求解故障诊断问题中的相关量化方法和建模过程,建立汽车钢板弹簧主片结构求解的组合优化模型,并以某车型汽车钢板弹簧主片结构的设计过程为例,在Matlab7.1中运用遗传算法实现主片结构的求解,验证所提出方法的有效性。
The structure design for most vehicle leaf-spring depends chiefly upon design experience of the designers and is difficult to be quantified,so the method of combination optimization is put forward to accomplish the structure design process of top spring leaf.Starting with the problem description of combina- tion optimization for the structure design,it uses the quantification and modeling method of fault diagnose as reference to build combination optimization model of solving the structure of top spring leaSFinally,the structure design process of the top spring leaf in some automobile is taken as example,and Genetic Algo rithm is used successfully in MatlabT.1 for solving the structure of top spring leaf to testify the method mentioned here.
