脉冲射流曝气器最优振荡腔的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 污水处理过程中,曝气性能好坏是影响污水处理效果的关键因素之一。通过自行设计加工的自激振荡脉冲射流曝气器,试验研究了振荡腔结构参数对脉冲射流曝气性能指标的影响关系。结果表明:充氧量随曝气时间的增加,先逐步增大而后趋于稳定,不同长径比振荡腔曝气器达稳定所需时间不一,存在最优值;工作参数对氧转移系数有重要影响;振荡腔长径比接近3.6的充氧量变化曲线相似;振荡腔长径比3.6时,具有最优充氧量、氧转移系数和能耗效率。 In Wastewater treatment process, the aeration properties are one of the key faetors which influence sewage treatment effect.Through the self-oscillation pulse jet aerator which was designed and manufactured by them,the experiment was done.The reZationship between the oscillation cavity structure paranteters and the pulse jet aeration properties was studied.The experiment shows that:firstly,the oxygena- tion capacity of aerator increased as time passed and tended to be a stable value; secondly, the time of get- ting the stability is different with the Length and diameter ratio and there is an optimal value ;thirdly,work- ing parameters have an important influence on oxygen transfer coefficient;lastly,when the length=diameter ration of oscillation cavity of pulse jet aerator is 3.6,the total oxygen transfer coefficient and dynamic effi- ciency reaches the maximum value.
