The bend automatic shaper is one of the most important machines in the processing of condenser brass in air conditioning industry.The machine is a special equipment that can make the brass bend.into the elbow, and can automatically finis h the procedures of feeding, clamping, bending, cutting, and retreating of materials. The work process is controlled by a programmable logic controller which can contin- uously bend five bends,with straight material or disc material.The brass is send by clamping feeding de- vice ,through detecting device ,and clamped tightly in front of the bending clamping device ,and then the dapper is pushed into the brass ,rolling the bend into shape by the bending cylinder,and after the cutting of the saw blade ,the bend is sent out by the lifter device.The introduction includes the use of the machine, specifications ,pe^ormance ,working prineiple and equipment composition,and equipment adjustments ,etc.
