摘要
虚拟维修系统是解决产品维修设计的重要手段之一,但目前虚拟维修研究侧重在关键技术研究,缺乏完整的虚拟维修在产品设计中应用的总体框架,限制虚拟维修系统应用。简要分析了虚拟维修系统研究的现状,分析了支撑虚拟维修的沉浸式虚拟维修环境的组成,针对应用需求给出了相应的沉浸式虚拟维修环境配置。针对复杂产品的维修性设计特点,提出了基于数字样机的虚拟维修系统总体框架。采用IDEF0分析方法,对虚拟维修系统进行了详细的功能分析,阐述了各个模块的功能及实现方法。给出了基于数字样机的虚拟维修系统应用示例。结合已开展的研究工作和存在的问题,给出了下一步虚拟维修系统研究急需开展的工作。
Virtual maintenance system is an important method to solve product maintenance design, but many studies focus on the key technology of virtual maintenance, and the whole frame of virtual mainte- nance application on product design is infrequent ,so virtual maintenance application is restricted by this reason.The development actuality of study on virtual maintenance system is simply investigated.The makeup of immersion virtual maintenance environment is analyzed,and the environment configure is illuminated based on application requirement of virtual maintenance system.The whole frame of virtual maintenance system based on DMU (Digital Mock-Up)is illuminated based on maintenance design characteristic, and function and realization method of every module are depicted.An example of virtual maintenance system based on DMU is illuminated.The future imperative studies for virtual maintenance system are discussed combining with the developed work and existent problem.
