激光切割样板时尖角烧蚀问题的解决方法 被引量:3

摘要 激光切割以其切割范围广、速度高、切缝窄、热影响区小、加工柔性好等优点而广泛应用于各种加工领域,是激光加工中发展最为成熟的一种技术。数控激光切割已经成为飞机样板加工的主要方法,但采用通常的切割手段经常会出现样板尖角处烧蚀而报废的问题,造成了材料及工时的浪费。在深入分析尖角烧蚀原因的基础上,在不改变激光参数的前提下提出了外引圆弧等调整走刀路径的解决方法,经过实践验证了方法的有效性,对高精度要求的平板零件的激光切割工艺具有重要的借鉴作用。 Laser cutting has been widely used in manufacturing industry because of its many advan- tages.Such as the wide-range cutting scale, high cutting speed, narrow cutting kerf, small heat-affected zones,and flexible cutting process and so on. And it's been the most mature technology of laser processing. NC laser cutting has been a major method in cutting airplane template now. But the sharp corner of the tem- plate is usually ablated and damaged in practical application while using common cutting method.And it causes a waste of material and time.Based on the brief analysis of the cause of sharp corner damage in laser cutting.Then put forward solutions of modifying tool path such as add arc out of the template without chang- ing other parameters of laser.And it has proven to be effective in practice.Has a high reference value in pro- cesses of cutting blank parts by laser which need high-accuracy profile.
