摘要
原汽油发动机冷却系统管路设计的结构较为复杂,需要对冷却系统管路布置进行重新设计。本文主要针对这种改进后的冷却系统管路设计结构进行计算分析,利用FLOWMATER软件建立了发动机冷却系统1D的模拟仿真模型。着重分析计算两种方案的流量、压力分布和流经零件的温度升高等情况。通过分析对比,确定方案1冷却液流量分布更均衡,能满足各零件的冷却需求,采用方案1作为冷却系统的结构改进方案。
For the reasons of the primary coolant system frame's complexities,it needs for the redesign of the coolant system frame distribution. This thesis is about the calculations and analysises of the improved coolant system's pipes' frame.It established a one-dimension engine coolant simulated model utilized with the software named FLOWMASTER..Emphazised on analysis and calculate the two schemes which are about the rate of flow,pressure distribution and conditions of the temperature additional of the units.Through the contrasts of the analysis results,it confirms the flow rate is more balanced in scheme 1,and it can easily satisfy the' needs of each unit, can be adopted in the improved coolant system scheme.
