摘要
目的 :寻找番荔枝科假鹰爪属植物假鹰爪 Desmos chinensis抗肿瘤活性成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱色谱分离化学成分。根据理化性质及波谱分析等方法鉴定结构。结果 :从氯仿萃取物中分离鉴定了 7个化合物 ,分别是 unon-al( ) ,黄芩素 - 7-甲醚 ( ) ,去甲氧杜鹃花素 ( ) ,去甲氧杜鹃花素 - 7-甲醚 ( ) ,苯甲酸 ( ) ,β-谷甾醇 ( )和豆甾醇 ( )。结论 :该种植物中鉴定的黄酮类化合物均为 β-环未取代 ,具有假鹰爪属植物黄酮类成分的特征性。化合物 、 、 、 和
Chemical constituents of the root of Desmos chinensis Lour (Annonaceae) were studied in an attempt to discover some antitumor compounds The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, 1H 1H COSY and NOESY analysis As a result, seven compounds have been isolated from the CHCl 3 extract They were identified as unonal (Ⅰ), negletein (Ⅱ),desmethoxymatteucinol (Ⅲ), desmethoxymatteucinol 7 methylether (Ⅳ), benzoic acid (Ⅴ), β sitosterol (Ⅵ) and stigmasterol (Ⅶ). Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ were found from this plant for the first time All flavonoids isolated from this species showed a common feature with the absence of B ring substitution, which may be of value in chemotaxonomy
