摘要
40例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,经用IFO+DDP或IFO+VP-16治疗,2例CR(5％),17例PR(442.5％),CR+PR为47.5％(19/40)。毒性反应主要是骨髓抑制和消化道症状。结果提示含异环磷酰胺的联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,有一定程度骨髓抑制,配合G-CSF治疗恢复较快。
40 Cases of advanced non - small cell lung cancer were treated with ifosfamide plus cisplatin regimen versus ifosfamide plus etoposide regimen. The result showed 2 cases CR(5% ), 17cases PR(42. 5% ), CR + PR 47.5% (19/40) . Major toxicity was myelosuppression and gastrointestial reaction. Thus, ifosfamide containing regimens may be selected as effective regimen in advanced NSCLC.
