摘要
这是围绕桂林市旅行社一线员工离职倾向的一份实证性研究。在对问卷调查收集到的有关数据资料运用统计学分析方法研究发现,职业价值观对工作满意度具有正向影响、对离职倾向具有负向影响,工作满意度对离职倾向具有负向影响并在职业价值观和离职倾向间的关系中发挥中介作用,不同类型的员工在职业价值观、工作满意度和离职倾向上存在着显著差异。旅行社管理者要对一线员工给予足够的人本关怀,通过进一步提升薪酬体系的科学性、重视员工的培养和管理、加强公司文化建设等方面着手,多措并举,方能有效解决当前一线员工的高离职现象。
This Empirical researchy is about the frontline-stuff' s turnover intention in Guilin city who are working at travelling companies.After collecting the data and doing some statistical analysis,we find that occupation value has possive affection on job satisfaction and has negative effect on turnover intention.At the same timeJob satisfaction plays an negative role for turnover intention and also plays a mediate role between occupational vale and turnover intention. Apart from these discovers,we also find that different stuffs have significantly statistical difference among them in occupational value,job satisfaction and turnover intention.Baesed on these finds,wu suggest that the managers who are working in travelling companies should offer the stuffs enough humane cares, and take other more methods to solve current frontline stuffs' turnover, such as improving the stuffs' wage scientifically, putting more effort on stuffs' trainning and management,enforcing company culture construction and so on.
