套叠桥体式固定桥的临床应用

The clinical application of the telescopic pontic of fixed bridge

目的 探讨以倾斜磨牙作桥基牙的固定义齿修复方法。方法 设计套叠桥体式固定桥为基牙严重倾斜患者修复失牙，并观察修复效果。结果 １５例病人（１８件修复体）的临床试用显示效果满意。结论 该修复体美观舒适、制作简便，具有较高的临床实用价值。

Objective To discuss the method of prosthesis about the fixed partial denture which the tilted molar used as a abutment. Methods The telescopic pontic of fixed bridge was used in patients whose abutments were tilted,and the effect of prosthesis were observaed. Results The clinical application of 15 outpatients 18 prosthises) showed that the telescopic pontic of fixed bridge has a satisfictory clincial outcome. Conclusion This prosthesis is beautiful and comfortable, and the construction is simple and convenient. It is valuable for clinical application.
