The Characteristic of lower limbs deep vein imaging With ^(99m)Tc-MAA

目的 观察下肢深静脉阻塞显像的影像表现，分析其影像特征。方法 利用ＳＰＥＣＴ进行下肢深静脉核素显像（ＲＮＶ）。结果 髂总静脉和髂外静脉是血栓形成常见部位，ＲＮＶ不仅能直观的对下肢深静脉阻塞作出定位诊断，而且能清晰显示侧支血管部位、行径及与阻塞部位的关系。结论ＲＮＶ简便易行，安全无创，短期内能重复检查，应列为深静脉阻塞的常规检查方法之一，可广泛用于临床。

Objective To analyse the characteristic of blocking lower limbs deep vein imagine with 99mTc- MAA. Methods We utilize SPECT techniques to obtain the images of blocking lower deep vein. SPECT imaging of lower limbs deep vein. Results The images of blocking lower limbs deep vein of 189 patients were analysed in our study. We found that iliac communis vein and iliac external vein were the most common place of venous thrombosis. RNV can not only obtain the localization diagnosis of the blocking lower limbs deep vein, but also demonstrate clearly the part and path of lateral branch vessel and the connection with blockage. Conclusion RN V is a safe and simple method, and can be repeated in a short term, so it should be thought as a routine examination of the blockage of lower limbs deep vein and can be applied in clinic widely.
