小儿手足口病时心肌钙蛋白T及神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平的变化及实验意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过检测手足口病(HFMD)患儿心肌钙蛋白T(TnT-Hs)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平,以探讨其在疾病中的临床价值及实验意义。方法采用电化学发光法测定160例HFMD患儿血清TnT-Hs和NSE水平,并设立30名正常对照组,将患儿TnT-Hs和NSE水平与正常儿童进行对照。结果经统计学处理,HFMD患儿血清TnT-Hs和NSE水平均高于正常对照组,并有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 HFMD患儿血清中TNT水平和NSE水平均有显著程度的升高,说明在HFMD的病理过程中,除了有心肌的损害且同时伴有神经细胞的损伤,神经细胞的损伤相对于心肌细胞的损伤,其危害性更大,后果也更严重。 Objective To investigate the clinical value and experimental significance of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in children. ,we detected their cardiac troponin T (TnT-Hs) and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) levels. Meth- ods Testing TnT-Hs and NSE's level of 160 HFMD children patients serum by electrochemical luminescence,and selecting 30 healthy childrens as control group. Results The levels of TnT-Hs and NSE in HFMD's group were sig- nificant higher than control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The levels of TnT-Hs and NSE in serum were significant in- creased, indicating that more harmful and serious nerve cell damage accompanied by myocardial damage in the pathologi- cal process of HFMD. Therefore,the level of NSE was determined as same important as cardiac troponin T,which can provide more reliable evidence for clinical treatment.
