冠心病平板运动试验Duke评分与冠状动脉造影及冠状动脉64层螺旋CT对冠心病诊断价值的研究 被引量:14

摘要 冠心病诊断主要依赖于患者典型的临床表现和相关的辅助检查。近年来有关冠心病诊断的各种新方法不断应用于临床,放射性核素心肌显像是对冠心病进行诊断、危险分层和预后评估最有效、最重要的非侵入性诊断技术之一,其中目前应用最广泛的是心肌灌注显像和心肌代谢显像。螺旋CT的应用进一步提高了对冠状动脉钙化检测的效用和效率,特别是应用积分系统进行的定量分析。
