摘要
利用抗人血管内皮细胞 因子相关抗原 (F- RAg)抗体的免疫组化 SP法对 33例食管鳞癌手术切除标本中微血管密度 (MVD)进行染色计数。同时用增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达来代表肿瘤的增殖 ,对代表血管新生的 MVD与食管鳞癌的不同临床病理因素及 PCNA表达间的关系进行探讨。结果显示不同的 TNM分期间MVD不同 (P<0 .0 5 ) :在有无淋巴结转移组间及不同瘤体长度组间 MVD不同 (P<0 .0 1) :MVD与 PCNA表达正相关 (r=0 .4、P<0 .0 5 ) ,PCNA表达与淋巴结转移相关。认为血管新生在肿瘤生长中发挥作用 ,并与其增殖及转移有关。 MVD、PCNA表达可作为预测食管鳞癌恶性行为的一个重要指标。
To determine whether angiogenesis correlates with growth and metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus Microressel density(MVD)of 33 specments resected from patients with esophagus squamous cell carcinoma were investigated by immumhistoligical staining with monoclonal antibody against FⅧRAg,counting the maxima number of microvessel in the four areas of highest vascular density under 2oo times magnification microscopy The expression of PCNA was used to represent tumor growth,the detective way of PCNA expression was the same as MVD Correlation amoung MVD,PCNA expression and various clincopathol- ogic factors was studied MVD increased with tumor stage(P<0 05),the MVD of patient with large tumor size was significantly higer than that of small size Patient(P<0 01),lymph node metastasis(P<0 01)than those without such metastasis MVD has postive relation with the expression of PCNA(r=0 4),We concluded that angiogienesis act as an important factor in growth and metastasis of esophagus squamous cell carcinoma MVD and PCAN expression were main indicators of tumor malignant behavior [WT5”HZ]
