摘要
抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性小血管炎是近年来受到关注的一类由环境、遗传、免疫等多因素共同作用所致的系统性自身免疫性疾病,其发病率逐渐上升。目前有研究认为蛋白酶3和髓过氧化物酶是抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体最重要的抗原成分,在启动中性粒细胞全面活化过程中起着重要作用。但其发病机制复杂,目前仍在研究中。
Antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies associated systemic vasculitis(AASV) is a kind of systemic autoimmune disease caused by multiple factors such as environmment,immunity and inheritance etc.drawing increasing attention in recent years,the incidence of which is rising gradually.As the most important antigen components of antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies,protease-3 and myeloperoxidase are playing important roles in completely activating polymorphonuclear neutrophi.But the pathogenesis complex,which is still under study.
