摘要
T-box家族转录因子在心脏病发育过程中发挥着重要作用。一系列的临床研究证据显示,在心脏发育过程中,T-box的突变如TBX1、TBX5和TBX20等与人类先天性心脏病(CHD)的发生有关。现已证实,T-box转录因子突变与扩张型心肌病、房间隔缺损、二尖瓣疾病以及法洛四联症等密切相关。因此,T-box作为CHD的重要候选转录因子在国外已引起高度重视。
T-box gene family of transcription factors play an important role during the heart development.A series of clinical studies indicate that during heart development T-box gene mutations such as TBX1,TBX 5 and TBX20 are correlated with human congenital heart disease,which has now been confirmed that mutations in T-box are associated with a wide array of congenital abnormalities,including dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),atrial septal defects(ASD),mitral valve disease and tetralogy of Fallot.Thus,T-box as an important candidate transcription factor for congenital heart disease has attracted great attention at abroad.
