摘要 干细胞是一类具有无限更新和自我增殖分化能力的细胞,临床、动物实验和实验室研究表明,女性子宫内膜组织中存在具有自我更新和高度增殖潜能的干细胞。子宫内膜癌(EC)是妇科常见肿瘤之一,严重威胁着女性的身心健康。肿瘤干细胞是一类与正常干细胞有许多相似性的具有高分化潜能和高致瘤性的细胞。EC的发生与内膜干细胞生物学行为异常有密切关系。内膜干细胞由于早期遗传或者遗传基因的改变成为肿瘤干细胞,从而导致EC。 Stem cells have the properties of self-renewal,unlimited proliferation and pluripotency.Clinical,animal experiment and laboratory research show that stem cells with properties of self-renewal and high proliferation potential exist in female endometrial tissue.Endometrial carcinoma(EC) is one of common gynecological tumors and poses a serious threat to women's physical and mental health.The present study shows that the occurrence of EC and endometrial stem cells' biology behavior disorder has close relations.Cancer stem cell(CSC) is a kind of high differentiation potential and highly tumorigenic cell,and has many similarities with normal stem cells.Because of the early genetic or genetic changes,endometrial stem cells become CSC,resulting in EC.
