摘要 光动力疗法(PDT)是近年来发展起来的一种肿瘤治疗新技术。光敏反应产物中单线态氧及活化氧自由基致DNA损伤是引起肿瘤细胞凋亡的因素之一。对DNA损伤的检测是光动力治疗肿瘤效果评价的一种方法,特别是在细胞核靶向定位光敏剂介导的PDT肿瘤治疗中,有着更好的应用价值。该文综述PDT肿瘤治疗对肿瘤细胞DNA损伤检测及评价的研究进展。 Photodynamic therapy is kind of fast developing new tumor therapy.DNA damage induced by photosensitized reaction products single oxygen and ROS reactive oxygen species is one of the factors which can induce apoptosis of tumor cells.The detection of DNA damage is a method to evaluate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy on tumors.More applicant value can be found in photodynamic therapy of tumor mediated by nucleus targeted photosensitizer.Here is to make a review of the recent progress of the detection and evaluation of DNA damage in photodynamic therapy of tumor.
