摘要
高强度聚焦超声是将低能量的超声汇集在靶区瞬间产生高温,通过温热效应、空化效应、机械效应等机制杀死肿瘤,使肿瘤发生凝固性坏死,其对周围组织损伤较小的"无创"性尤其适合于乳腺肿瘤的治疗。近年来,国内外对高强度聚焦超声的作用机制、在肿瘤治疗上的安全性、有效性以及在治疗过程中的影像监测、对免疫的影响等方面都有很多研究。
High intensity focused ultrasound transmit the low-energy ultrasound together in the target instantly generate high temperature,by thermal effect,cavitation effect and mechanical effect to kill tumor,the fundamental principle is coagulative necrosis.It is especially suitable for the treatment of breast tumor due to the noninvasiveness of smaller damage to surrounding tissue.In recent years,there have been a lot of research in the mechanism of high intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of tumor;the safety,effectiveness,image monitoring during treatment,and the effect on immune.
