摘要
血糖控制不仅要争取糖化血红蛋白的达标,更要注意减轻血糖的波动,剧烈的血糖波动比持续高血糖给糖尿病患者造成的危害更大。目前2型糖尿病的治疗药物主要有促泌剂、增敏剂和胰岛素。不同的药物作用机制不同,合理单用或者联用各种药物能够起到稳定降糖的作用。该文就近年来不同降糖药物与血糖波动关系的研究作一综述。
The aim to control the level of blood sugar is not only achieving the good HbAlc, but also decreasing the glucose fluctuation. Glucose fluctuation gives more harm to the type 2 diabete patients than the continued hyperglycemia. Nowdays the diabetic drugs includes secretagogues, sensitizers and insulin,which have different mechanisms of action. Reasonable single use or combination use of different drugs can realize the function of sugar level decrease and stabilization. Here is to make a review of the studies on the relation- ships between diabetic drugs and glucose fluctuation in recent years.
