摘要
目的探讨年轻恒牙外伤的特点及相关因素。方法对2007年9月至2012年3月期间在唐山市口腔医院儿童口腔科就诊的158例6～15岁患者恒前牙外伤情况,及其年龄、性别、受伤牙位、外伤的类型、受伤原因和伤后就诊时间进行分析。结果男性患者牙外伤发生率高于女性,8～10岁为高发年龄,牙釉质牙本质折未露髓者最多,上颌中切牙最多见,24 h内就诊者不到总数的一半。结论年轻恒牙外伤有其独有的特点,公众的就诊意识及保护常识仍有待提高。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of young permanent teeth injury and related factors.Methods During Sep.2007 and Mar.2012,158 cases of 6-15 years old patients with permanent anterior tooth trauma from Stomatology Hospital of Tangshan were reviewed and their age,gender,injured teeth position,type of trauma,injury causes and injury treatment time were analyzed.Results The trauma incidence of male patients was higher than the female,and 8-10 years were ages of higher incidence;most cases were broken enamel dentin without pulp exposure,and incisors were mostly common in upper jaw,treatment within 24 h were less than half of the total.Conclusion Young permanent teeth injury has its unique characteristics,treatment awareness and protection knowledge of the public still need to be improved.
