摘要
目的:探讨胃癌组织MTA1基因的表达水平与其淋巴结转移的相关性。方法:选择50例淋巴结转移的胃癌手术病例,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术分别检测正常胃黏膜、胃癌原发灶、胃癌转移灶组织中的MTA1mRNA表达水平,对相关结果进行组间的Wilcoxon符号秩检验。结果:实验病例中胃癌转移灶、胃癌原发灶组织中的MTA1mRNA表达阳性率间有统计学差异(P<0.05);两者与正常胃黏膜相比较,均有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:MTA1基因的表达水平与胃癌淋巴结转移程度存在一定相关性,表明该基因在胃癌淋巴结转移中可能起着重要的作用,同时可用于临床辅助诊断、判断疗效、疾病预后,也可为胃癌分期和新药研发提供依据和思路,临床应用具有很大的前景。
Objective: To study the relativity between MAT1 gene expression level and gastric cancer lymph nodes shifting. Method: Choose 50 cases of gastric cancer operation followed with lymph nodes shifting, examine the MTAlmRNA expression level of good gastric mucosa, cancer lesions and cancer shift lesions, with a RT-PCR technique, examine the Wilcoxon differences between different groups. Result: Statistical differences ( P〈0.05 ) of positive MTAlmRNA expression has been found between cancer lesions and cancer shift lesions. Both has a obvious statistical differences ( P〈0.02 ) from good gastric mucosa. Conclusion: There is certain relativity between MAT1 gene expression level and gastric cancer lymph nodes shifting, which might illustrate that this gene has an important role in the process of cancer lymph nodes shifting. It can be used in assisting examination, cure judgment and disease prevention. It can also be used for evidence of phrasing the gastric cancer and provide with new method for new medication research. In a word, it has promising prospects in clinical application.
