摘要
目的:观察早期作业治疗对病毒性脑炎患儿上肢功能恢复的影响。方法:对40脑炎患儿进行作业训练,采用自身疗效对比的方法,用Peaboday运动发育量表来评定其疗效。结果:经过一个月的作业训练后患儿精细运动评分及患侧上肢抓握能力均有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:建议脑炎患儿早期接受作业治疗,有助于患儿提高上肢功能,尽早重返社会。
Objective： To study the influence of early occupational therapy to upper limb function recovery on children with viral encephalitis. Method： The treatment was using the children＇s own efficacy comparison, for the 40 cases of encephalitis, Before and after treatment, To assess the clinical effect by using Peaboday movement Developmental Scale（PDMS-FM）. Result： After a month of occupational therapy for the children, the fine motor scores and the ipsilateral grasping ability improved significantly （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： For the children with encephalitis, it is helpful to improve their upper extremity function in order to put them into reintegration through accepting the occupational therapy early.
