摘要 目的 :了解苦豆子总碱的体外抗菌活性。方法 :以琼脂稀释法、试管稀释法、活菌计数法检测苦豆子总碱的体外最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)及最低杀菌浓度 (MBC)等。结果 :苦豆子总碱体外对 10余种 2 0 6株试验菌均有抑菌作用 ,其MIC是 10~ 40mg/ml,大于 3~ 5MIC的浓度对上述试验菌有杀菌作用。苦豆子总碱在碱性环境下抑菌作用较强 ,细菌接种量可影响其MIC ,血清含量对MIC无明显影响。结论 :苦豆子总碱有广谱抗菌作用 ,但抗菌活性较弱 ,内服不可能达到有效的血清抑菌浓度。 Objective: To determine the antibacterial activity of total alkaloids of Sophora Alopecuroides L (TASA) in vitro. Methods: The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) were measured by agardilution method, brothdilution method and viable counting method. Results: TASA showed antibacterial action against 206 bacteria tested. The MICs of TASA were 10~40mg/ml and the MBCs were 3~5 fold higher than the concentration of MIC. TASA were more active at alkaline pH, and the larger the bacteria were inoculated, the higher the MICs would be, but serum content in media had no effect on the MICs. Conclusion: TASA possess the broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, but antibacterial activities are totally low, so the effective inhibitory concentration of TASA in serum cannot be achieved by oral medication or injection.
