Microwave-Extracting Rutin from Geranium Herb

摘要 研究微波法提取中草药老鹳草中芦丁的工艺条件,采用正交实验对提取工艺进行优化,用紫外可见分光光度计测定提取物中芦丁含量。实验结果表明:在乙醇浓度70.0%(质量分数,下同),液料比20,提取时间150 s,微波功率385 W时,芦丁提取率为98.74%。采用化学检验法和红外光谱法对其进行定性验证。 The orthogonal test was designed to find out the optimum experiment conditions of microwave assisted extracting the effective component from Chinese herbal medicine Geranium Herb.The content of rutin was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The optimal conditions were found to be ethanol concentration of 70.0%(V),solid-liquid mass ratio of 1∶20,microwave time of 150 second and microwave power of 385 W.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of rutin reached 98.74%.The qualitative analysis of rutin was carried out by using chemical detection method and infrared spectroscopy.
