Exploration on College Students' Self-management Ability Improvement Practice in Privately-run Colleges——Take Binhai College for Example

在界定大学生自我管理概念的基础上,针对部分民办高校大学生自我管理能力欠缺的现状,通过青岛滨海学院的实践探索,给出民办高校提升大学生自我管理能力的对策。

Based on the definition of college students＇ self-management ability and according to students＇ lack of self-management ability in some privately-run colleges, this paper proposes the countermeasures to improve students＇ self-management ability in privately- run coUeges through the practice exploration of Binhai College.
