改良角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉临床疗效观察

The clinical effect in pterygium surgery by improved autologous corneal limbus stem cells transplantation

目的探讨改良自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将2012年5月至2013年3月收治的26例(34眼)原发性翼状胬肉患者随机分为两组,分别采用传统自体角膜缘干细胞移植术和改良自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,观察两组患者术后疼痛不适感、角膜上皮愈合情况及泪膜破裂时间(breaking-up time,BUT)。结果采用改良自体角膜缘干细胞移植术患者术后疼痛不适感明显减轻、角膜上皮愈合时间缩短及术后早期泪膜破裂时间延长。结论改良自体角膜缘干细胞移植术是一种能够减轻患者术后疼痛,缩短术后恢复时间的改良术式。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved autologous corneal limbus stem cells transplantation. Methods 54 eyes of 26 patients with pterygium were randomly divided into 2 groups： group I （lg eyes） underwent with improved autologous corneal limbus stem cells transplantation. Group Ⅱ （16 eyes） underwent with conventional autologous corneal limbus stem cells transplantation. In- vestigate the clinical efficacy including postoperative patient complaints, healing of corneal epithelium and breaking - up time （BUT）. Re- suits The postoperative patients witch underwent with improved autologous corneal limbus stem cells transplantation the pain and discomfort alleviated, corneal epithelium healed better and BUT prolonged. Conclusion Improved autologous corneal limbus stem cells transplantation is a way to reduce postoperative pain, shorten postoperative recovery time.
