某三级中医院2009年至2012年基本药物配备情况分析

The analysis of essential drugs equipment of a tertiary hospital in Anhui province from 2009 to 2012

目的分析《关于建立国家基本药物制度的实施意见》颁布实施以来,安徽省某三级中医院各类基本药物配备数据变化情况。方法收集该院2009至2012四个年度药品配备报表,对照《国家基本药物目录》2009版和安徽省增补目录,并对药学管理部门人员进行访谈。得出了4年来,该院药品配备的西药、中成药基本药物品种数及价值变化,以及中药饮片、颗粒剂及院内制剂配备的情况。结果西药及中成药中基本药物配备价值比例逐年增长,但品种数无明显变化且低于政策要求标准。该院优先配备了品种较为丰富的中药饮片和中药颗粒剂,配备价值逐年递增;该院具有并使用一定数量的院内制剂,配备品种及价值保持稳定。结论基本药物制度需要关注中医医院中药和院内中药制剂的配备特点,应逐步完善各级各类医院基本药物配备及使用比例。

Objective Analysis of the data changes of Essential drugs equipped in tertiary hospital of tradition Chinese medicine since the ＂implementation opinions on establishing a national system for Essential drugs＂ enacted. Methods By the statements from 2009 to 2012 in the hospital contrasting with the 2009 edition of the national list of essential medicines and interviews of pharmaceutical management personnel, we obtained the percentage increase of items and value of Essential drugs among western medicines, Chinese medicine slices, granules and hospital preparations in the hospital. Results As a tradition Chinese medicine hospital, it is equipped with relatively complete line of traditional Chinese medicine slices and important granules prior to other medicines, which reflects the characteristics of traditional Chi- nese medicine hospital; the hospital owns and uses a certain number of hospital preparations, Essential drugs directory should be supplemen- ted; the proportion of Western medicines and proprietary Chinese medicines in Essential drugs increased year by year though the increase is small. Conclusion we should gradually improve the use ratio of Essential drugs in Various Hospitals by perfecting the system
