BNIP3在细胞凋亡与自噬中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 BNIP3属于Bcl-2家族蛋白中的BH3-only亚家族,其结构、细胞内定位、对细胞生存的调控与BH3-only亚家族的其他蛋白不尽相同。近年来研究发现,BNIP3不仅参与细胞的凋亡,同时调控细胞自噬和坏死等过程。在不同的外界环境下,其调控方式和作用效应也不尽相同,其调控方式的复杂性预示着其生物学活性的多样性。阐明其作用机制对于理解和控制多种病理、生理过程具有重要意义。本文就BNIP3在细胞凋亡与自噬中的作用作一综述。
