摘要
为探讨Bcl 2蛋白与皮肤肿瘤的关系,作者用流式细胞免疫荧光技术,检测了33例皮肤良恶性病变。结果显示:Bcl 2蛋白的相对含量FI(fluorescenceindex)在恶性肿瘤中的表达明显高于良性肿瘤,P<0.001。提示细胞凋亡抑止作用在肿瘤的发生、发展中也起着重要的作用,同时研究下调Bcl 2的机制,可能成为Bcl 蛋白过度表达肿瘤治疗的一种途径。
In order to explore the relation ship between Bcl 2 protein and the skin tumors, authors analysed 33 cases of various skin tumors with immunofluorescence staining technique and flow cytometry. The results showed that the fluorescence indices(FI) representing the relative content of Bcl 2 protein in malignant skin tumors were all higher than those in benign ones, P< 0.001.This suggested that the Bcl 2 was very likely play an important role in the develoment and progress of the skin malignant tumors. We studed further the mechanism of reducing the expression protein of Bcl 2, may be become a treatment method to the tumors with over expressed Bcl 2 protein.
