3种抗真菌药治疗甲真菌病疗效对比观察

Evaluation of the effects of three kinds of antifungal drug for treatment of onychomycosis

应用伊曲康唑、特比萘芬、氟康唑3种不同抗真菌药物治疗120例甲真菌病患者，并作疗效对比观察，结果显示，3种药物均有较好的抗真菌疗效，特比萘芬疗效优于伊曲康唑及氟康唑，伊曲康唑疗效优于氟康唑。3种药物近、中、远期临床治愈率及真菌学阴转率、复发率P值均>0.05，无统计学意义。

One hundred and twenty cases of onychomycosis were treated with three different kinds of fungicides(itraconazole, terbinafine, and fluconazole) and the effects contrasted and evaluated. The results showed that all of the three drugs had good antifungal effects, terbinafine was better than itraconazole and fluconazole. Itraconazole better than fluconazole. The rates of clinical cure, fungus from positive to negative and recurrence of the periods of short, medium, long time with three kinds of fungicides had no statistical significance(P >0.05).
