止泻灵对慢性腹泻患儿血细胞自然免疫粘附功能的影响

The Significance of Zhixiel to Blood Cell Nature-Immune-Adhering Tumor Cells in Children Chronic Diarrhea

目的 研究止泻灵对慢性腹泻患儿血细胞自然免疫粘附功能的影响。方法 对 6 0例慢性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予止泻灵 ,对照组给予一般治疗 ,疗程均为 1个月 ,于治疗前和治疗后分别测定患儿红细胞、粒细胞和淋巴细胞自然免疫粘附功能状况。结果 止泻灵治疗组慢性腹泻患儿血细胞自然免疫粘附功能均恢复至正常水平 ,而对照组患儿的血细胞自然免疫粘附功能状况虽然有不同程度的改善 ,但明显低于止泻灵治疗组和正常儿童 ,且治疗组和对照组在治疗后血细胞自然免疫粘附功能状况差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) 。结论 止泻灵可有效改善慢性腹泻患儿血细胞自然免疫粘附功能状况 ,对提高患儿整体免疫功能水平具有重要意义。

Objective To study the significance of Zhixiel to blood cells nature-immune-adhering tumor cells in chidren chronic diarrhea.Methods The assay of immune-adhering test of blood cells to tumor cells have been used in children chronic diarrhea at groups of controls and treatments.The treatment groups were treated with Zhixiel for one month,general treatment was used for controls.Results The ability of blood cells nature-immune-adhering tumor cells in the treatment groups can be increased to normal level,but controls was not  (P<0.05) .Conclusion The ability of blood cells nature-immune-adhering tumor cells can be efficiently improved by Zhixiel,It is important to increase the immunological function in children children chronic diarrhea.
