武警部队参与抢险救援行动地理保障研究

The Study of Geographic Support in the Rescue Operations of CAPF

针对抢险救援行动对地理保障提出的新要求，分析了当前武警部队在参与抢险救援行动中地理保障方面存在的主要问题；提出了进一步完善和优化武警部队参与抢险救援行动地理保障的四项对策：整合军地资源，明确保障关系；实施超前储备，优化保障方案；设置专职机构，丰富多种手段；强化队伍建设，组织专业训练。只有这样，才能不断提高地理保障能力，满足抢险救援对地理保障的需求。

In view of the new requirements raised by emergency rescue for geographic sup- port, We analyse the main problems existing in the geographic support of emergency rescue in present CAPF. We suggest that in the modern time,the CAPF should take steps in several aspects such as integrating military and civil resources, clearing the relationship of each support,implementing advanced store, optimizing support scheme, setting up specialized organizations, enriching various measures, strengthening the team building, organizing profes- sional training and so on. Only do this can we improve geographic support continuously and satisfy the requirements of emergency rescue to geographic support.
