肺结核病例发现的组织管理研究

Research on the organization and the management in case-finding of pulmonary tuberculosis

探讨加强组织管理对肺结核病例发现的意义。方法 加强行政干预、综合医院发现网、结防机构职责及主动发现四个方面的组织管理。结果 1996年新登涂阳病例平均确诊时间减少至 2 2 .5日 ;涂阳新登记率提高到 2 7.2 1/ 10万 ,菌阳病例掌握率为 33.6 0 %。结论 加强组织管理使病例发现工作有明显改善 ,提高了结核病控制的整体效果。

Objective To explore the significance of strengthening the organization and the management for the case-finding.Methods Strengthened the organization and the management in the government intervene,the case-finding work at general hospitals,the duty of tubculosis control centre and the active case-finding.Results New smear positive cases average detection time was to 22.5 days.Newly registered rate of smear positive cases and the ration of registered among existing bacillus positive were increased to 27.21/100 000 and 33.60%respectively.Conclusion It is obvious that strengthening the organization and the management can increase the efficiency of case-finding.Therefore,it can increase the effect of tuberculosis control.
