Summary of the Sampled Study of hypertension in Heilongjiang province in 1999

目的了解本世纪末黑龙江省高血压患病率及血脂状况。方法１９９９年３～５月在黑龙江省哈尔滨市、大庆市、八五三农场采取整群抽样方式，按国际通用血压测量方法和有关质量控制规定，对年龄≥１５岁城乡自然人群 ５ ６６４人（男 ２ ８９１人，女 ２ ７７３人）进行血压测量及影响血压水平的有关因素调查，并对其中 １６１５人（男 ８２４人，女７９１人）进行血脂分析。结果１９９９年高血压（ＳＢＰ≥ １８．７ｋＰａ和／或ＤＢＰ≥１２ｋＰａ；和／或近２周内服药）患病粗率为２０．８５％（男２５．８７％，女１５．６１％），若按１９９０年人口标化患病率为１８．３７％（男２１．７４％，女１３．９２％），确诊高血压（ＳＢＰ≥２１．３ｋＰａ和／或ＤＢＰ≥１２．７ｋＰａ和／或近２周内服药）标化患病率为１０．４１％（男１２．３９％，女８．７８％）。１９９９年较１９８５年ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＶＩＤＬ－Ｃ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ有大幅度增长，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ男性增长不显著，女性增长显著。结论应加强对高血压和高脂血症的防治。

Objective To find out the prevalence rate of hypertension and the blood-lipid condition of people in Heilongjiang province at the end of the twentieth century. Methods From March to May in 1999, 5 664 people, age≥ 15 years old (male 2 891, female 2 773) were investigated by stratified chunk method in Harbin, Daning, and Farm 853, Heilongjiang province. After staff training program, this survey on blood pressure and affecting factors on blood pressure was carried out under the worldwide uniformed protocol in standardized methology and interrelated quality control regulations. Among these samples, 1 615 people (male 824, female 791) received blood-lipid analysis. Results The raw prevalence rate of hypertension (SBP≥ 18 .7kPa and/or DBP≥12kPa; and/or taking antihpertensive medicine within two weeks) was 20. 85% (male 25. 87%, female 15. 61%); or the standardized population prevalence rate laid out in 1990 was 18. 37% (male 21. 74%, female 13. 92% ); and for the definite hypertension (SBP≥21. 3kPa and/or DBP≥ 12 .7kPa; and/ or taking antihypertensive medicine within two weeks), the standardized prevalence rate was 10. 41 % (male 12. 39%, female 8. 78% ). As compared with the year 1985, TC.TG.VLDL-C and LDL-C in 1999 increased greatly, and HDL-C of male increased insignificantly, but of female, significantly. Conclusion The prophylaxis and treatment of both hypertension and hyperlipemia should be enhanced.
