金属离子掺杂技术在T颗粒射线胶片中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据传统照相化学理论,工业射线胶片的感光度与卤化银颗粒体积成正比,卤化银T颗粒虽然具有较大的形态比,有较高的受光面积,但并不适于射线类胶片。原因是其对极具穿透力的射线光的响应能力并不高,胶片的射线平均斜率、感光度偏低,动态显影效果不理想。本文通过在乳剂制备过程中掺杂稀有金属离子,研究了金属离子种类、掺杂量及加入方式对胶片性能的影响,结果显示:在乳剂制备中卤化银颗粒较宽范围均匀加入铱盐,可以有效解决互易律失效问题,提高胶片射线平均斜率,动态显影性能稳定,并且胶片各方面性能与竞品相一致。 According to traditional photographic theory, the sensitivity of industrial radio- graphic film is directly proportional to the volume of silver halide grains. T-grains have large as- pect ratio and high projection area, but they are not suitable for radiographic film for its low re- sponse capability to radioactive rays which could transmit through the grains, and its nonideal dy- namic effect of development caused by lower average gradient. The effects of species and doping quantity and doping process of rare metal ions as dopants in emulsion preparation on the photo- graphic properties of the film were studied. The results show that it can effectively improve prop- erty of reciprocity law failure by even incorporate a wide range of iridium salts in the preparation of silver halide grains. Doped film has more stable performance than undoped film, and the per- formance of the doped film is consistent with competing products.
