摘要
本文以氯乙醇与硫化钠为原料,详细记述了硫代二甘醇的合成及提纯过程。本文将传统工艺进行优化,采用无水、无酸法,合成过程易于控制、提纯方法简单易行,在得到高纯度产品的同时大大提高了收率。经此方法合成的硫代二甘醇收率大于90%,纯度在99.5%以上。
The processes of synthesis and purification of thiodiglycol, by using chloroethanol and sodium sulfide as the raw materials were described. Neither water nor acid was used in the process, in comparison with traditional process. The synthesis process is easily to control and the purification process is simply and easily to realize. We can get highly purity products and greatly improve the yield, thiodiglycol yield is more than 90%, purity above 99.5%.
